Great product Review by Thomas
Quality Support Shipping Price Value
This bike is awesome let me say that first. Second thing "Do Not Pay For 2 day Rush Processing" it's not worth it and it took them 4 days to package everything in the factory. Third thing is the bike comes completely teared down and the instructions are not specific enough. I had to call support for a hose i had no idea where it went. So make sure you contact the support team for any questions. I'm a bigger guy and it hulls me around no problem. Fourth thing is the shipping company "Conway" sucks! They had my package for and waited forever to deliver. I personally had to call them to set up a delivery date but that took forever as well. They said the only thing that needed to be done is for them to call me to set up a delivery date.... but they had my package for 4 days as well??? I wasn't aware that we have to call the shipping company instead of them calling us which is BS! Fifth thing, only bad thing for me is the bike does not idle. I warmed it up for 10 minutes and it stayed idling for a second then quit out. I tried messing with the RPM idle screw but it doesn't do anything. Just be prepared to do a lot of prep work, that's ok, but it doesn't state in the description that you have to fill your own battery and oil. I thought all that would've been done but hey it was a great learning experience. This is a great bike and i will purchase another bike maybe a 140cc but i would do it differently then i orginally did. Maybe do a pick at the factory instead of have it shipped. Great bike, shipping is horrible, support was descent, and instructions were not specific enough. (Posted on 9/3/2014)
250 Enduro Review by Jeff
Shipping Price Value Quality Support
The delivery company was a day late after setting up an appointment, which was very disappointing, and inconvenient, even then, it came outside the time they specified. The bike had a few gauges and scrapes on the side panels. I don't know if it was done before or during transit. This was the best price I saw for this bike so full marks for Price and value. Remote start/alarm was a surprise. But if started with the remote, you can't turn it off. So have to dig for the remote with cloves on and use that. Not practical. There is no kill switch, which is a MUST on a dirt bike. It starts easily, although the choke does nothing? I don't even know which position is on. There were NO assembly instructions, and the parts list supplied is for an older model. Manual is standard/basic stuff. I assembled this on my own, but a helper would have been useful. I'm 5'5" and it's a little tall for me. I need to figure out a way to lower it a little. The bike runs smoothly, gearbox is a little clunky but I'm very happy with it overall. No storage on the bike anywhere and you need to undo screws to get the seat off. The rack is very usefull for fitting a trunk to. I would reccomend this bike. I haven't needed any support yet, so marked as average (3) but it's not a reflection of service. (Posted on 7/17/2014)
